Dumb Question

i'm buying my mobo and cpu today, the mobo says 400mhz fsb and the cpu says 333mhz fsb(athlonxp 2600+).
What does this mean ? and are they compatible?

I think itll work fine! I think the mobo being 400mhz fsb is just the max FBS it would run at!!

yeah, but we want to make sure he's using the right board for the CPU. I know it's common sence to us, but not everybody thinks that way.
