is this good RAM?

i was looking into buying a gig of ram and so far this is what i think im going to go with.

i know corsair is a good company but is this good RAM? any input is appreciated.

the ram itself is fine, it depends on what you plan on doing with your system to be able to tell if it will be good for you though. if your doing lots of gaming, no, i would spend more and buy something with good latencies. but if you dont play games very often this ram will do you fine.
