Have you tried reseating everything?
Make sure the PC speaker is connected so you can listen for error beeps and whatnot.
Pull out the graphics card, see if you get a beep, if not try reseating it again, but if nothing then do the same with the RAM.
Pull out the RAM see if the system beeps, if not, reseat it, and even try a different Dimm slot to see if perhaps one slot is giving you trouble.
Other than that I'm lead to believe that the mobo is dead or something.
