Have you tried reseating everything?

Make sure the PC speaker is connected so you can listen for error beeps and whatnot.

Pull out the graphics card, see if you get a beep, if not try reseating it again, but if nothing then do the same with the RAM.

Pull out the RAM see if the system beeps, if not, reseat it, and even try a different Dimm slot to see if perhaps one slot is giving you trouble.

Other than that I'm lead to believe that the mobo is dead or something.

What brand is it?

Infinity i was checking on other forums and it seems they give lots of probs.......just my luck i swear

Infinity? As in DFI Infinity?

Know whatcha mean man, me and my friend swear that we have some of the worst PC luck there is....crap happens to us that most people have never heard of

Don't forget to simply RMA to where you got it from, get it replaced, not a real big deal. If not the place you got it from then the manufacturer will take care of it.
