format C: will wipe out everything on your partition which is where your win98 was installed by default. he's trying to tell you that win98 is old piece of crap operating system. errrm, translation for you: win98 is ghetto

Sorry. My point was that the best tip for Win98 is to not use it. It was a great upgrade from Win95, but with it's instability and horrid error reporting, it's best left on the cd that it came on.
