Hi,
I have 3 sound cards in my computer just for fun... I had nothing to do today :p Does anyone have a litle idea what could I do with that? (like if there is a way to do a super surround)

BTW: the cards are:
Creative Sound Blaster Live! Value (a surround card)
CMI 8738/C3DX (a surround card too)
VIA AC'97 Audio

Not to bad eh? :snob:

Don't believe you can do anything. they all require their own drivers and your computer would pick one over the other to actually put the sound through.

Pretty sure you'd simply have driver conflicts because it wouldn't know which card to send the sound to.

You can use it for sound mixing. (PCDJ...)
You can also start one song and fade it into another, this program will do that. It has one side for one card and another for any others you have.

with more than one sound card, the system will choose one to use, and ignore the others. you can manually switch to the other one though.

that happend on my computer when I had 2 sound cards in

Well I technicaly have two sound cards. My mobo has onboard sound and the software is installed because of the mobo drivers. How ever I use the audigy card. I havent tried ti use two becuse the onboard sound is crap compared to the audigy.
