corrupt cab within rar file

i have a cab file within a compressed rar file. but it wont let me extract the cab file because it says it is corrupt.

i have tried numerous rar/cab repair programs but with it being a cab within a rar the majority dont work!!

could anyone please tell me if there is a way to repair this file? the winrar's built in repair facility doesnt work with it.

I doubt there is a way to fix a corrupt cab file without re-down loading. I have never heard of one anyway.
