How to open a RAID in Windows?

I have the drivers installed on Windows. But I want windows to install on the RAID. I only know the floppy way. Is this the only way? Why can't Windows have it built in? Floppies are barely used any more.

Windows can control a RAID, but it is much less reliable having it done with software.

How do get it to show up in the windows setup?

to get a RAID working, I would say set it up with hardware (usually through BIOS setup) not software (within Windows) then format the RAID setup into one partition

U'd better do this with a floppy driver
or it will not be so easy
