choosing a mobo

i am thinking of upgrading my mobo...
i have lowered the options down to:
ASUS "K8N-E Deluxe"
or the
DFI "LANPARTY UT nF3 250Gb"

what do you guys think, or can you help me find a good mobo for under 150?

I would go with ASUS or have you considered ABIT? I have had both, and both are excellent boards.

ya, i was deciding between asus and gigabyte..but got the gigabyte....nF3 250...i love it...my buddy had a nF2 and it was great so i figured i'd try my luck with the next generation..
