computer set up

i bought a shuttle mv43 motherboard, intel proccessor and some memory a case, and other components, i set the whole thing up, the computer starts to load up but when it gets to the windows xp welcome screen it slows down to nothing. i cant understand why it is moving so slow. and the reset button is not responding as it keeps on setting the monitor to standby.

give me all ur specs then maybe i can help but till then ur on ur own

if u built it urself, make sure uve got it all in right ... it almost sounds as if cache isnt enabled....... but doubt it

Does the computer then reset? If so i had the same problem...try reseating the memory. If that doesn't work then maybe 1 of ur modules is damaged.
