what does the NF4 Ultra give you that the NF4 normal doesn't?

i want dual gigabit ethernet . . . havn't been able to find this on a 4x board

also, i already bought the SATA II drive, which ultra supports . . .

plus, if need be and SLi becomes better, ultras can be flashed into SLi boards

update : i got the ball rolling, ordered the 3000+ winchester for $161 with shipping, case badges and 3yr warranty

when i built my comp I was like fawk I gota get windows and i was already over budget... Just ask a friend for a eerf dna lagelli (read backwards) copy of Windows Pro

Then cut the budget a bit someplace else cause I think he would regret getting home over pro in the LONG run.

Oh, and we have a MSI motherboard ourselves, but are currently building a couputer for a customer with an Asus...sweet board...I WANT ONE!!!! Liz

XP Pro has a lot of crap I don't need. . .

but you'd still need 2 PCI-E 16x slots to use it

yes, if you want "pure SLi"

with an x16 slot and one x4 slot (the MSI board has these), you can get about 90% of the performance SLi offers
