xp 2500+ aftermaket cooling

my buddies got a xp 2500+ and he wants it to run cooler. he's pretty much done nothing to it cept for a new coolermaster fan and it only dropped it a coupe degrees.
it runs around 50-55.
he's though about a water cooler for it?? but he hasn't made his mind up about anything.
is there a reccommened cooler for it?
any suggestions will do (price too wold be great but meh, no worries if you don't know it)

thermaltake bigwater if he wants water cooling. Cheap and effective.

Yup, but he better overclock it to high hell otherwise it'd be pretty lame simply to buy a water cooling setup just to simply have one IMO although yeah I know some people want it for quiet sake, but eh....still

ya, i'm sure that he's got that in store too.....it was just one of his thought's he had....he moves his computer a bit though so he doesn't know how much that would effect it....
