true true, but in OS9 or OSX, you cant multitask, in windows ill have 10 different windows open and my system will run fine

echem....

What the hell are you talking about? Multitasking on Macs is a simple task, and so is multitasking on a Windows machine. All you need is a decent amount of RAM (512MB or more) and you can have as many applications as you want running around active. That is not a valid point to make in the Windows/Mac arguement.

First of all, I multitask all the time. with 512 mb of DDR Ram, I don't have a problem with that. And saying that Mac OS X and OS 9 don't multi task is like saying that A Ford Escort is better than a Maybach 750. It's not true. I have problems multitasking in any form of Windows. 95 all the way through XP. Macs have always been able to multitask. But most people don't need to multitask, so they don't.

And, you have had up to 10 windows open at a time?? is that windows, or Applications? Because I have had at least 15 applications open and running at a time. You need to know that a window is different than an application and a window takes no talent to use.

im talking about having like 5 or 6 ie windows open and a few progs, every time i try and do things like that on a mac (and most of them have at least 512mb of ram) it crashes, thats all im saying, and that in XP i can open however many windows (or apps) i want

5 or 6 Internet Explorer windows? Big deal. I can have i/e and Photoshop and Illustrator and InDesign and iTunes and Chess and iPhoto and MSN Messenger going at once with no problem at all.

So your argument about not being able to multitask in the Mac OS doesn't hold water. Let alone air.

Hmm... First Macs can't multitask, and then it's all about luck?
I think you need to pay more attention to what you say, and then make sure you can back it up.

Ok guys this is getting a little ridiculous. Lets let the mac users have their egos and whine about it in whisper. Otherwise the thread needs to be closed.

 mac is better than pc!!! that's obbious!!
mac have more stabiility and if you look arround you will find that in every professional field you will find more macs rather than pcs
a lot of people arround the world use pc cause is less expansive than mac. also the only operating system that you could install in your new built pc is windows, that why pc and windows are so popular. how many times do you have to make a fresh installation of windows, again and again?
pc are cheap , easy to build and taht is another reason of why is so popular but it doesnt mean that is the best.
mac is better computer than the pc

most of the things you said are false...
