6-In-1 Internal Flash Media Card Reader...

I jsut recently baought a pc from ibuypower.com and haven't had a problem with it except this... The 6-In-1 Internal Flash Media Card Reader doesn't seem to work. I put a memory stick in and nothing happens...Windows detcts the slots/drives but nothing is in them. I do not know what make it is so I can't get drivers...Can anyone help? Also the green light does not turn on when media is inserted...Thanks

Does the green light turn on otherwise? Can you look in your manual and find what brand it is?? I think you're gonna need the drivers for this one. Try running a detect hardware and see if Windows finds it.

Ibuypower builds custom pc's and don't include manuals...and the green light never turns on...and windows didn't find it...

Damn, hmm look inside your case and see if you can find a brand (also at that time look and see if its plugged in).
