new video card

im getting the ATI AIW 9600 and i read that it assumes that you already ahve another video card installed. seeing how this is my first computer build i dont have another card except and old 3dfx voodoo 3000 from my old computer that wont work is there anyway that i could get around having another card in there before the 9600 goes in? or could i just use the onboard video on my motherboard?

You dont need another card to put the new one in. Just take the new one and pop it it and turn your computer on. Oh yeah make sure you un-install your drivers for you onboard video.

well thats not gonna be a problem cuz i just looked at the motherboard that im getting and there is no onboard video so that solves that problem. im guessing you haev the same card just not an AIW right?
