Cords seemed glued in

Since my power supply just stopped working i was going to take it out so i was ready for my new power supply when it arrives. And i am trying to take the cords out from the motherboard and the hardrive and they wont budge... Are they usualy like really stiff, or did Emachines glue them in?

how many watts is your current PSU?

My current psu was 250, probalbly why it stopped working.

I would never, ever...EVER...recommend a $30 PSU.

Forget it. It's crap. If it doesn't burn your house down first, it'll fry your computer like a squirrel in a power-plant.

find like a good 50 psu and jsut dont go by watts
go by the 12v rail 18a and above is best
