If you can I'd suggest you get this one:

It's about $65 more expensive, and it's the same chip, but the reason it's more expensive is because it's smaller technology and a different architecture.

The one you are getting is .13u or 130nm, whereas the one I linked is .09u or 90nm

The smaller one is the Winchester core whereas the one you linked is newcastle.

The main difference is the fact that the Winchester requires less voltage and with smaller transistors this means less heat.

Overall that concludes into meaning you'd have headroom to overclock better, but if that's not a big deal to you then it really doesn't matter and the .13u will suffice you perfectly.
 
In terms of gaming, yes the 3500+ will perform better than the 3.4EE, as shown below.

However, in overall performamce, the 3.4EE wins by a small fraction.

get the 3200+ 939 it rocks. and if u need somthing faster (never have) just oc it i got mine to 3800 speeds with stock fan
