The 512MB don;t do half as well as the 256MB sticks, i'd stay away from those. I think if you got 290MHz out of a 512MB stick you'd be pretty lucky. Even the newegg reviews only ran arounf 270MHz, BH-5 can do that. The 256MB ones are the only ones to hit 330MHz+ as far as i've seen.

i might just be picky...but if i spent money on G.Skill i wouldn't want any less then 280MHz out of it, if it didn't do that i'd be RMAing it. The main reason people are buying it is to hit massive clocks like 330MHz and such, you could have saved alot of money and just got some Corsair/OCZ to get you 255MHz.

yeah....maybe....I purchased the g.skill with intentions of using it with the 3000winnie and mobo i will be purchasing. I just wanted to see how it would do with my nf7 and xp mobile. the 280 or above stuff is on the 939mobo's and winnies from what i can tell.

ah ok, i thought u meant that you were hitting 255 on an already purchased 939 rig lmao. 255 is a very good achievement for your SocketA system. you are using a regular NF7?
