Extracting Files

Ive asked this question before but no one could really help. I want to extract files from a setup launcher and everyone kept saying use winrar, but the option isnt there. Is there a program that will do this?

what setup launcher would this be? is it MSI based?

You can use WinRAR for some of them. Prolly MSI cause killians45 mentioned it.

Just start WinRAR and browse to the setup file. Or rightclick it if you have the context items enabled.
