that's exactly what i PM'd them about too, was DVD Shrink. The mods here don't take kindly to any talk of making backups, that's why I PM'd them.

that's cool. but we are talking about burning unencrypted material. I captured my stuff off a tv show. there is nothing illegal about that. if we were talking about dvds that we got from a rental store, then it is another matter.

well, the topic was that psydesign backed up DVDs, so i'd figure he'd have DVD files on his comp. DVD shrink is perfect for compressing and burning those. and even they are backups of DVDs you have purchased yourself and you do not plan to distribute, the mods still look down upon the talk of backups of DVDs.
