Amd 3000+ 939

Are the 3000+ chips being faded out ?

Reason i ask is they were out of stock for ages at ebuyer and they have got about 70 more in stock now (which isnt all that much). When they go will they be likely to not get anymore in or are the 3000+ still in?

Are you talking about the 754 if so then yes they are being faded out for the new 939 chips

no i was talking about the 939 3000+ chip being faded out, as it is bottom of the 939 range.

I've seen the Athlon XP's starting to get phased out, but I don't think the 3000+ will disappear for a while, it's only a couple months old.

oh thats ok then, i though i might have to buy one quickly before they all went. But now i think my motherboard isnt going to be able to take one anyway.

the 3000 is the most popular, as it is so cheap, and it is a huge jump to the 3200 (about £50)

yep it is indeed, that why i asked because if it was fading out i would quickly buy one while they are still in stock
