When I look at my 2 pin connector for my HD led, pwr switch and other front panel stuff, the wires are white with blue or red. no black, which one is the ground? my ASUS book specifically tells me which one is the ground on the board.

Well is it like green and white say is the combination for one of the 2pin connectors because in that situation the colored wire is always the one that's positive and the white or black is generally ground.

If the wires are reversed the power led , hd led just won't work. Then you just turn em around. I always get one or the other mix up alll the time.;
