the LEDS are DC,..so theres a (+) and (-). connect the (+) to the yellow line and the (-) to the black line.

the molex are arraged as:

Y=yellow
B=black
R=red or orange

Y : B : B : R -----molex
(+) : (-)--------------LED

the positive line of the LED usually has a white lines.

hmm..better make a device..like an extension or a bus

yellow line from molex----(+)1st LED ----(+)2nd LED---(+)3rd LED
black line from molex------(-)1st LED -----(-)2nd LED---(-)3rd LED

i recommend not more than four LEDs

when i used LEDs i made a device like this(see pic)...and attached all LEDS to it

i read that concept while i did some research planning on my mod.i think i'll do that.

the LEDs i bought were really bright so 3 will do i guess.

thanks!

ill be using blue LEDs.
im Mobo LED is green.is it safe to remove it or replace it with blue?Mobo is quite expensive to mess up.

:D

i have changed LEDs before like in my keyboard,it was fairly easy.
im not sure with the Mobo,i havent seen the back yet. :D

why wont you recommend it?i see some mods without the on-board LED.

thanks,dude!

well,...for one,..i'm a coward when it comes to tampering with the mobo. if youre comfortable with messing around with LEDs and expensive mobos...then youshouldhave no problems

okay...i thought there was some technicality involved.
