New CPU?

Quick Question just to double check. Does anyone here know if i can put a P4 3.4e processor into my asus P4SD-LA motherboard? that is if i can find a 478 pin one local.

Sorry, my brain's mobo database is down...and never existed. I'll have to refer to the ASUS website and read the PDF file containing the information about the CPU socket to answer this question...

Yes you can..., of course you will have to update the BIOS if that mtoherboard was released before the Prescotts were released
