i put a hd my friend gave me so i use two now, one 40 gig with master with xp home and the slave is xp pro (which he gave me) long story short when i try to defrag the E: drive (slave) it says CHKDSK /f is scheduled to run , well it runs everytime i turn on my computer so how do i disable it?

If I'm reading this correctly, why do you have two operatings systems on one system? The only way to do that is with a hard drive selector. Thats not going to work.

And thats the drive your getting the chkdsk error on. You might need to format the HDD. There's no reason to have 2 OS's on it and only using one.
