Would Raidmax be considered generic/bad or good enough PSU?

I've recently started to look at the PSU that came with my case. It is a Raidmax 420W PSU (case).
Do I need something better? The only thing that will really suck up some power is the Radeon x850 XTPE. I don't really plan on putting much stuff that will use much power. IE, only one DVD drive, one HD for now(i'm not big on storage), only one other PCI card (Audigy2ZS)...
Should I look for something else?

personally I don't trust Raidmax, I would get an Antec, Enermax, Thermaltake or Ultra PSU

Ocz should be in that list as well, imo the best PSU's around
