Hi, when I try to defrag and when it "completes" it comes up with this

that folder is my old profile. My comp got screwed and i reinstalled windows, when i try to open up my old one^^^^ it won't allow me into it. I thought when i reinstalled all my files got wiped off, but apparently not. And how come at around 33% my defrag "is complete" and my free space goes down as i defrag. Thanks
