Customized Pc

I just customized a pc in a small store called Shoplci. There have been many probs after i got the system. First of all, it wont show my videocard, which is 9600xt. All it says is ???? on the card infomation. Also im not sure if got the 8mb storage. AFter i installed cable internet, and went on the internet, internet explorer was going really slow, my computer seemed like going about 2mhz instead of 2200mhz. And its not the inernet, its the computer.

The specs are amd 64 3400 [754]
K8N mobo
2X256mb ram [Kingston Value]
Ati 9600xt 256mb
Western Digital 120gb 8mb

have you installed all the drivers?

and as for nternet Explorer being slow, go to start, run and type 'cmd' and enter

type 'ping www.google.com'
and tell us what the response time is
