I have read a few posts talking about different monitors settings i.e. res, refresh and dpi etc. It seems that most people use high screen res like over 1000 and im just wondering how you guys can use such high res and still be able to comfortably read the screen? 
its crazy to me thats why i have to ask. i have normal 20/20 vision and it make everything soo small. Do most do it for gaming purposes only? or do you compensate for the low res by changing other things?
I use 800x600 with 99 dpi and 100 refresh rate
