Building a nother PC (upgrades ;-))

Well, basicly, for 450$ (US Currency) i want to build a PC, but i already have the following parts:

ATI RADION 9800PRO
1GIG OF RAM (DDR)
CD/RW DRIVE(S)
HARD DRIVE(S)


Basicly, i need a AMD SOCKET SUPPORTING mobo, an AMD proccesser, a PSU, and i think thats it?!? Oh and a new case would be nice

The case has 2 120MM fans, and it includes a 400W power supply which should be enough to support your computer.

Some people may disagree, but this is what I would do if I had the money
