512 DDR-RAM
MSI FX5200 128MB DDR 8x (Soon to be 6600GT)
300 Watt-Psu

Is there anything I need to change in order for eVGA 6600GT to work without error?

PS. and will I see a lot of different between my MSI 5200FX and 6600GT?

Yes, you should see a big difference between the 5200, and the 6600GT. As for your specs I believe you should upgrade your PSU.. infact the eVGA website says "Minimum of a 350 Watt power supply" but other than that you're set.

Yip you will see a nice preformance increase over a 5200. And Yadgadge is correct, you should get a better psu to run that card.
