Doesn't eVGA's run at 950mhz instead of 1000mhz cuz my friend bought one and he said its running 50mhz too slow.

Most of the 6600GT's for AGP (if not all) are running about 50mhz slower than their PCI-E brothers, not sure why they lowered it, but they did.

I mean, this video card doesnt have to be super good.
All I need is to be able to play CS : Source at an ok FPS
And run better than my OLD Graphic Card - MSI FX5200 (has no fan =/)

I'm aiming for PNY 6600GT or Chinatech 6600GT since those are the only choice right now at my location. (HAS TO BE AGP, my mobo is MSI Neo2 supports AGP8x)

2.8 ghz HT
512 DDR ram

Any suggestions?

Since they list prices in canadian, I assume they ship there.

If you still want to go with one of the two you gave, I guess I would prolly go with Chaintech, but the only reason is because I think their Heatsink looks nicer , I havn't heard much positive or negative for either, so it's really a toss up imo.
