Sempron temperatures

[180Mhz]

my sempron 2500+ clocked @ 1.7Ghz

Idle 45-47*C (letting windows idle)
Load 100% (according to task mannager) 55*C

are these decent temperatures.
ive been reading up and people have kept there semprons as low as 37 idle and 47 full load.

are my temps a bit high?

do you think that adding a duct to the cpu will help?

those are normal temps from what i understand. i get 36c on idle and 48c load on my 2500+ xp overclocked to 3200+
