After 30 days of install they force you to regsier and get a code of your sys specs and if you dont you cant use your computer its called WPA

Depends on the disc and the mf dude. Some OEM OS disks that come with computers can only be installed on that machine alone. Others are just simple OEM disk that can be installed on another machine (within license, of course).

All we can tell you to do is to try it and see what happens.

If it won't work on any other machine, that's just the way it is. That's how you get it so cheap when you bought the machine in the first place. It's a restricted OEM disk.

When i build my new computer, will i be able to install the same windows xp that came with my laptop or is that not allowed/not possible?

I heard so many stories to this. I read something on microsoft's site that said you could use one copy of xp on your computer and your laptop, but not to another computer. I can't find the link though. I will keep trying
