new power suply and case for old pc

the power suply went out in my old pc . hp 511n .celleron.
a friend thought he was doing me a favor so he bought me a new case with 4 fans and 450 w power suply .should i usu the new psu or find another 150w . that it came withfrom factory?

why do you say it would be fine with an ATX? what about other form factors?

what is the make of the case and the PSU out of interest?
