bootup question

I formatted the hard on my laptop and installed XP. this all worked no problem but when I turn on the computer it asked if I want to load XP or Windows. There is no other OS installed, XP boots no problem if you hit return or leave it 30 seconds. Its not doing any harm just a little annoying. Any ideas how to get rid of this?

To Resolve do the following.

Right Click My Computer click Properties.

Next Click the Advanced Tab.

At the bottom where it says Start Up and Recovery Click the Settings tab to the right.

Now uncheck the box next to "Time to Display List of Oerating Systems"

That should take care of it. If not POst back and I will try and help you further.
