I have a program called "uwipv.exe" that keeps trying to install once during Startup - and I'm not sure what it's for - but I'm betting it's probably something that I don't want to install.
I can pick it upw with Webroot's SpySweeeper, but it won't remove it. I have to use RegCleaner to remove it first, then I tell SpySweeper to remove it. Even then I've found it in the Startup while scanning the registry, using "regedit". It's under Webroot/SpySweeeper/Startup as "2_uwipv.exe" and it's set up to run once.
Any help greatly appreciated.
