You could also temprarely disable StyleXP.

Your boot.ini is fine.

Maybe I should just switch to norton Ghost Can't wait to see what TheMajor says about THAT one HAHA!

I had this exact problem a few months ago with the lastest version of norton's ghost. I also had stylexp. now I know what the problem was.
Major's right. I use drive image 7 as it was quicker and simpler than ghost as the lastest version of ghost is drive image7 and ghost 2003 combined.
