Monitor Troubles.

Ok bare with me, I have been having trouble with my monitor. I get wavey like lines through either the top part of my monitor or the bottom. I check everything, magnetic fields, loose cords, I just raised frame rate so far it hasn't done it near as much. I also lowered brightness which seems to help. Next on my list if this problem continues is to download new drivers for my Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 128mb DDR PCI... If you know of anything please reply. Have you tried lowering the refresh rate?

No, all I have done is raise it, and lower brightness, seems to have worked so far.
