Is anyone familiar with this? If so, after scanning the reg. are you suppose to delete everything it finds?

Make a backup to be safe. Look through the list of problems it finds...if you don't know what they are, it's (probably) ok, but not neccessarily...so just try it, and if any problems arise, you have the backup at hand! Now if the computer doesn't start...well, that won't happen
