Hi every1, I'm trying to fix a friends computer where Norton Antivirus isn't working. It is freaking me out. I'm using the CD and it won't uninstall. I'm following directions to manually uninstall it and it's just not happening. In the add remove programs, if i remove it, it appears back again. I get certain errors such as :
"This MSI must be launched now"
"Fatal error during installation"
"Invalid Backweb application ID "1940576"
I just want to remove the whole Norton Internet Security 2004 program and put McAfee instead....What's the best way....Please help meeee !!!!
