I have a server running with Thin Clients and a Network Printer connected to the server. I got a tech guy to come and install the printer and it was working fine. Then one day it suddenly stopped working. Nobody at all can print not even me from the admin in the server.
I tried deleting the printer and re-installing and doing all the basics but no joy. I even went to panasonic and they told me to download some software but when i try installing it it justs installs some program which does not install the printer.... Its a Panasonic KX FLB 853 ML it photocopies, prints and faxes and its the worst piece of kit ive ever bought....
I can only find it on a russian website but i dont speak russian..
