non-metal spacers w/ motherboard?

I have an A-Bit K8T800 Guru motherboard, and it came with no rubber washers or anything to seperate itself from my case.

I installed it and hooked everything up, but the guide I read (granted it's fairly out-dated) said there should be non-metal spacers keeping the mobo from touching the screws and connecting to the case.
Does this not apply to my mobo or do I need to go to the hardware store and buy washers???
I can't imagine why they wouldn't include something like that if I needed it.

You don't NEED the spacers. As long as they are flush in the middle and touch the metal pieces on the mobo where they're sopossed to be you'll be fine.

Btw, I don't use the rubber spacers cause they look really ugly.
