Windows XP Blue Theme

Hi, my brother was just moved to a new computer at work and the computer's theme is set to Windows Classic Style. He wants it to be set to the XP Blue Theme (Windows XP's default), but it appears to have been deleted or something. How would he be able to install the blue theme onto his computer?

are you sure its not windows 2003 server or something? I know that doesnt come with the blue olive or silver style, maybe its hacked or something, is it legit? not accusing just throwing out ideas.

services.msc

make sure the themes service is running

then rightclick ur dektop and select a theme

Typically that's done through the control panel. However, if the system admin at work has disabled changing of that theme, your brother will not be able to change it on his own.
