I hope someone can help me I have a computer that I just
upgraded.

Here is what I got
Soyo Motherboard P4I875P Dragon 2 V1.0 Black Label
CPU Intel Pentium-4 Extreme Edition 3.4GHz
2 Maxtor Sata 120 Gig HD Raid-1
EVGA 6800 Ultra Video Card
Audigy 2 Zs Sound Card
Enermax Power Supply 600 watts
3 Gigs DDR Ram PC3200

I am a gamer and when I play The CPU is about 45c is this good or bad?
My system temp goes to 113F and seems to top out about that
Is this OK or do I need more cooling any Ideas would be great.

Thanks
Greg

45C load is fine, if it tops out there and doesn't go any higher consider yourself lucky:) At a measly 1.65v my AMD will load at ~ those temps, so your P4 is pretty cool.

I still think 3G of ram is really a waste of money, unless it is for business or professional uses.

I agree, unless he's doing some serious multitasking there's no need for even half that amount. Especially considering the fact that memory speed is constantly being increased, he's wasted away a few hundred dollars on memory he probably doesn't need that will probably be obsolete in no more than a years time.

To all who replied to my post thanks for the info.
I was not sure about the temp thing.
As far as my ram goes hell it was free hell the whole computer was well sort of.
My work ask me to build 4 Computers for them so I did. The computer was my price
since they could not pay me.
I think I chose the wrong motherboard though.
What do think about Soyo Motherboards?

Thanks
Greg

WOW thats crazy, they gave you suck an awesome computer just for building 4 computers?? i want to work for whoever gave you that deal :D
