I'm building another machine so my sister can hopefully inherit this old girl for school next year, and I'm mixing and matching old and new parts, and I'm pretty sure I've got everything all figured out, but some other opinions wouldn't hurt.

The case, optical drives, memory, cooling and video card are all accounted for, which leads me to the parts I am purchasing.

Two of these hard drives set in a RAID 0

Any replies are welcome, thanks.

I'd get two 74 gb WD 10,000RPM raptors on raid 0 instead of those two. You'll notice a big speed increase. But if you need that 320 gb's then go for it.

I actually have two 36GB raptor drives in another system at the moment, and they are indeed FAST. However the 76GB drives are a bit out of my price range and a bit below my storage space needs.
