I will using PC 4000 make any improvement over PC 3200 in my Athlon 64 3500+, A8V mobo?

I would say yes since the fsb on the A64 is more than pc3200 ram. If you already have pc3200 ram and going to replace it, I would say its not worth it.

Not necessarily. The latencies on the PC4000 are insanely high so low latency PC3200 would probably work better, BUT the PC4000 will have more of a transfer rate....it really depends.

Like what's been said above, if you have PC3200 then it's really not worth it to upgrade to PC4000 since that RAM isn't exactly cheap.

Well I was considering getting balistix 512mb low latency sticks of either 3200 or 4000
