I would get an Abit AV8 3rd eye and an Athlon 64 3200+ to 3500+ (socket 939) depending on how much you wanna spend
those aren't very expensive right now; the 3800+ is too expensive so don't get that

I recommend a Seagate or Western Digital 200GB SATA hard drive - the AV8 3rd eye supports SATA
