What You've Just Bought!

I got a bunch of these ssd brackets (83 cents each) but they are a butt ugly orange. A little flat black spray paint for $3. a can makes them look decent, the little loop on the end snaps off clean. Of course the is an "economy" way of doing things but it works for me.
Kinda ticks me off to cough up $5 - $6 - $8 or even more for a cheap piece of plastic!

Ordered my second gaming monitor yesterday, should be here tomorrow. If things work out I should be able to order the third by the end of the month. I am going to have to send the first one back as it has a vertical line running up the right side of the display but it is a warranty fix.

Bought my boyfriend a pair of Bose QuietComfort II for Christmas so we can do Music Share since we have very similar music tastes. Gave it to him early because we're currently studying for an exam (Fortinet NSE-4) together.

I read that as Fortnite NSE-4 and found myself thoroughly confused at first that there would ever be an exam for such a thing.

Bought a Corsair 960GB NVMe drive to supplant my Samsung 250GB 850 EVO. It was just getting too small for modern game sizes.

Santa gave me a Samsung 500 gb 970 EVO Plus drive for Christmas.
It will replace my 250 gb 960 NVMe drive (Windows 7 Pro). I plan on installing Windows 10 LTSC on it and finally caving into Windows 10, but with LTSC I will not get Cortana, windows store and all that crap like candy crush and forced updates bi-yearly. I have hopes that this Windows 10 LTSC will work for me
Read up on LTSC here:
