Hello. Sorry I'm mad a little.

There is an option with the program that if I have a picture file...I can email it.
It keeps telling me I don't have an email program installed. That's bull.

Than it tells me I need to make an association in the Default Programs Panel.
Don't know how...I cannot fix this issue.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thx.

What file type is it? Right click the file -> Properties -> what's listed under the "Type of file" entry in the Properties window?

What OS are you running?

Windows 8.1
The file I am trying to email is a Jpeg image file.
I downloaded a webmail 'client' program.
It works with this program. They seem to recognize and work with each other.
I downloaded a different webmail client before from Mozilla. Lot of problems with that
but got rid of it.
Still...WindowsPhotoViewer is a MS program...and I have an "email account" mail program that came with the computer and is default to it...also a Microsoft product...and they do not talk to each other. Hmm? I'll live with what I got.
There used to be a "Windows mail or live mail" in the past... gonna check if it still exists.
Maybe it has the right file associations so those things work together.
Thanks for the response!

I fixed this issue.
Somebody told me to go to the bottom of the "Default programs" 'file associations thing.
change the 'mailto' option to the email client. Done.
More important I got to the 'properties' of the email client...and had 'windows' itself find the 'right settings'. That was 'killer required'. Could not do that myself...but a windows dialog box appeared...and windows did it for me!
