computer freezes on desktop for 10-15 minutes at startup- here's my hijackthis log!

i would.. except my computer has officially died. it won't get farther than the DELL loading screen at startup. my brother in law is good with computers but hasn't had a chance to look at it yet, and he won't be back until after the holidays. so thanks for all the effort you put into this!!
